Werner Auto Detailing was founded upon a love for cars and a passion for meeting and helping others. In addition to serving the greater Carroll County/Northern Baltimore County area, we love getting to know our customers and their vehicles while creating win-win solutions & forming long-term relationships. As we have grown and evolved through the years, we have managed to put one thing ahead of all else: we begin with our client’s auto detailing needs and work backwards. While our Hampstead, MD based auto detailing business has largely transformed into a specialized ceramic coating and paint correction operation, we certainly aren’t your usual auto detailers…

Before we grew into the ceramic coating & auto detailing business we are today, we wanted to see if we were missing anything. Through observation & asking our existing clients about their prior auto detailing experiences, we noticed a few things about the general auto detailing world:
Mobile detailing businesses that would book you and no show
Half hearted jobs where prices were unnecessarily raised without the results to back it up
Detailers who charged abnormally high prices that no one would pay
Best of all - detailers who damaged vehicles without saying anything…
We then decided that we would be a customer service business first, and an auto detailing business second. We’ve learned that our reputation is the most important asset we have, everything else comes secondary. We love the small town/neighborly aspect to Carroll County and the Hereford Zone and strive to embody this attitude by refusing to sacrifice friendly & honest customer service for anything else.
